2. Answer two or three quick questions. An automated assistant asks what's going on and where you are, so we can find the right provider. Calls are recorded for quality and billing.
3. Get connected. We transfer you to an independent local provider who serves your area.
4. Talk it through. Describe the problem, ask about timing and price, and decide whether to book.

The call and the referral are free. Main Street Services is paid by the providers who receive calls.
